The Financial Counsellors’ Association of Queensland (FCAQ) was looking to provide a community forum for its members and interested networks. I was recommended to speak with Yean about our particular needs. While I knew what we wanted in regards to outcomes, I needed guidance on the appropriate vehicle by which to achieve this. Yean listened to my particular concerns, needs and vision for the website and helped me, piece by piece, to achieve this.

The website has revolutionised the communication channels of financial counselling in Queensland. While the association represents a small user network, this assistance has given members the confidence to believe in technology as a means to assist financially vulnerable consumers and their advocates.
